These group rates will be honored for additional nights 2 days prior and 2 days after the blocked
room dates of 7/3/2009-7/6/2009 based on rate and space availability.
RESERVATIONS METHOD
Each member must make their own reservations by calling 888-233-9527 before
the cutoff date of Wednesday, June 3, 2009. You must identify yourself as a member
of the IASMC group to insure that our blocked rooms are properly credited, allocated and untilized.
All reservations must be guaranteed and be accompained by the first night room deposit
or secured by a major credit card. All individual cancellations must be made by
72 hours prior to arrival, failure to cancel will result in one nights room and tax being charged.
RESERVATIONS CUTTOFF DATE
Reservations by attendees must be recieved before June 6, 2009.
