MidWinter Meeting Was A Great Success in Ft Worth TX
4 ByLaw & Rule Changes Were Discussed and Will Be Voted and Finalized at 6/30/2013 Indianapolis General Meeting
    1. Change to requirements re line candidates attendance
2. Change to one vote per Unit vs Temple
    3. Allow web posting as valid communication vehicle
4. Update Class 5 definition to make/model/color for "matched" units (years may vary along with minor standard equipment)
